这是我人生中的第一本书，收录了我从2010年10月至2016年的部分诗词。一首首诗偈，记录了我修行路上的点滴感悟，也记载着我不断转变的生命轨迹。它们一字一句，从我心里流出，从某种意义上说，它们也是“我”。希望“我”越洋跨海，结识更多的新朋友！

Since becoming a vegetarian and studying Buddhism, Yunfang has participated in many Buddhist study trips. During the trips, she formed good connections and made friends with many fellow practitioners. She wholeheartedly helped everyone study Dharma and guided some people onto the path of studying Buddhism and being vegetarian.

《随佛而行 Following the Buddha》卷 二·(2011-2014)，记录了作者 2011 年 7 月到 2014 年 12 月期间，追随〇师父学习、修证佛 法的经历与体悟。 在此期间，作者追随〇师父两次到印度、尼泊尔 朝拜佛陀八大圣地，并游学蒙古国、俄罗斯、台 湾、日本等国家和地区。
